Grosseto. The complaint for aggravated defamation filed by the Order of Agronomists and Foresters, defended by the lawyer Alessandro Antichi, against the President of Italia Nostra Maremma Toscana Michele Scola, ended positively with a mediation procedure: the parties have in fact signed a agreement signed at the headquarters of the MediaLaw Mediation Body of Grosseto.
The Presidents of Italia Nostra Nazionale, Antonella Caroli, and of the National Order of Agronomists and Foresters, Sabrina Diamanti, then issued a joint statement in which they underline that “only through a dialectical and constructive confrontation, based on the mutual recognition of cultures and of the professionalism of the respective associations, the national forestry question can be addressed “.
The Order therefore renounced the cause and the related request for compensation.
