The Council of State overturns the decision of the TAR of December 2021: the Il Diaccialone company will have to remove the gates present at the two ends of the estate, because they close the access to the Pescia Fiorentina – Manciano local road.
The Judges of the Council of State accepted the main appeal proposed by the counter-interested parties and the cross-appeal proposed by the Municipality of Capalbio, defended by the lawyer Alessandro Antichi.
