A claim for compensation due to damage suffered. This is what a Maremma company has been seen delivered through certified mail by a self-styled lawyer of the Nuoro Court to whom – explained the email – some citizens had turned because they had been damaged by the same company.
A situation that has not found any explanation on the part of the owners of the company (especially since there were no commercial relations with the alleged victims) and which, instead, was clarified by the lawyer Alessandro Antichi to whom the company was revolt. It turned out that it was a scam attempt; someone, using the name of an actually existing lawyer, had sent the email. The Sardinian lawyer, unrelated to the matter, reported the case to the professional body and filed a complaint with the Postal Police.
