Grosseto. The boys responsible for the attack on the Walls again crossed paths with the group of peers threatening them to “keep their mouths shut”.
The lawyer Alessandro Antichi to La Nazione: “We are faced with a very serious, uncontrolled, but not uncontrollable situation. Mayor Vivarelli Colonna did very well to go to the home of the attacked children to bring them his solidarity and that of the city, it is an important and significant gesture. But in general it seems to me that the situation has not been taken seriously. It is not possible that children are afraid to go out because they are afraid of being attacked. The juvenile trial does not require the formation of a civil party, but we are discussing whether or not it is appropriate to present a claim for damages to the parents, who first became responsible for the aggression and then for the threats” (credits: La Nazione, 22/02/2022).
